  1. About “Send PostScript”

  4. Send PostScript is a BBEdit Extension, which can be used with BBEdit 2.2,
  5. BBEdit Lite, or BBEdit 2.5. It sends the contents of the front editing
  6. (or browser) window as PostScript to a network-connected PostScript
  7. printer of your choosing.

  9. When you choose “Send PostScript…” from the Extensions menu, the
  10. extension will put up a dialog:
  11.  
  12.     •    Use the “Choose” button to choose the LaserWriter-compatible
  13.         printer to which you want to send the text.
  14.         
  15.     •    If there is a selection in the front editing window, you can
  16.         use the “Selection Only” check box to limit the text sent to
  17.         the current selection range.
  18.         
  19.     •    Click the “Send” button to commence downloading of the text.
  20.     
  21.     •    Click the “Cancel” button to dismiss the dialog without
  22.         doing anything.
  23.         
  24. Send PostScript will remember the last printer you used.
